Prize for KFO192 scientist

Joanna Schneider received a poster prize at the 40. International Meeting of the European Muscle Society in September 2011 for her work on GLUT4 distribution in critical illness myopathy. The prize was handed over by Hugh Huxley who established the sliding filament theory of muscle contraction.
